investigate if it is possible to auto-config dependencies in AIB

      In SERVER-59705 we had to explicitly configure dependencies between mongo/mongod/mongos and their corresponding libraries. It is preferable to have AIB pick up the dependency automatically like it does for other runtime libraries.

       

      This ticket is to investigate if such improvement is feasible
