Major - P3 It would make more sense to return InvalidOptions instead of CommandNotSupported in these checks. This would make the validate command more consistent with option checking in relation to other commands.
The 'validate' command should return 'InvalidOptions' instead of 'CommandNotSupported' for incompatible options
