Shard server OnReplicationRollback throws when recovering critical section on time-series collection

      Currently, the ShardServerOpObserver has rollback logic that will call recoverRecoverableCriticalSections() which calls AutoGetColl on the collection namespaces. However, if it is a time-series collection, AutoGetColl will throw and fail rollback.
