      The following tests are failing in the process of implementing SERVER-60490 They are disabled with the disabled_due_to_server_60490 to reduce redness as of now.

      • jstests/sharding/rewrite_state_change_errors.js

       Acceptance criteria:

      • Remove the tag 
      • Investigate what's broken in the test and re-prioritize if needed
