Admin command {getParameter: "*"} unpacks object parameter

      Running admin command

      {getParameter: "*"}

      returns all server parameters. A mapping of health observer to intensity should be returned for the healthMonitoring parameter. For example we should get something like `healthMonitoring:

      {dns: off, ldap: critical}

      `. Instead we get a separate parameter for `dns: off` and `ldap: critical`.
