MongoDB 5.1.0 displays development version start-up warning

      After we released 5.1.0 on production today and spun up a new cluster we noticed that when connecting to it with mongosh that it was logging a warning that it was a development build. We should aim to correct this to reduce the HELP inquiries from customers about this.
