      This is related to SERVER-61166

      We are adding a case where a TenantMigrationAborted error marks a WriteOp to be retry-able. We can check using the newly added stats numStaleTenantMigrationAborted to see how many errors are being retried.

      We are also going to add test for partial failing due to tenantMigrationAborted (leading to partial retries).
