Serialize a string sbe::value::RecordId to KeyString

      Since sbe::value::RecordId only supports an int64_t version of the RecordId we didn't serialize the string RecordId form when doing SERVER-61362. This ticket should be done when we extend sbe::value::RecordId to support strings.
