Currently, the ClusterToClusterReplicatorHook has the interface to allow us to pause/resume after every N tests in a suite. However, certain suites like the resharding/initial sync fuzzer suites rely on cleaning up the fixtures every N, so we should also restart the Replicator instances every N along with the fixtures.
