      Test fixture should spin up necessary components to manage a multitenancy deployment ideally with configurable number of nodes of each type as well as customizable sharding topology.

      This fixture should then be used in a new core_auth_multitenancy suite which runs the same tests as core_auth, using the MultitenancyTest fixture.
