We want unittests here instead of jstests to ensure we can get coverage of lots of different "legal" ABTs where there might be no way to actually generate such ABTs from MQL queries.

These unittests should also try constructing invalid/illegal ABTs and verify that the SBE Plan Generator handles these situations gracefully.
