The goal of this task is to manually measure the perf of various index scans (one single interval, several single intervals, multi-interval, etc) under new optimizer, and compare the performance with the classic engine and with the SBE Stage Builder.

If it's not too much work, we might also want to add something to the Mongo perf benchmarks for this.
