      Here is the current API definition:
      static TenantNamespace parseTenantNamespaceFromDisk(StringData ns);
       
      There is a conversation in PR code review  which proposed to rename it to parseAsTenantNamespace or something similar as we're not just parsing a tenant namespace from "disk".
