      Extend the existing SymmetricEncryptorApple in src/mongo/crypto/symmetric_crypto_apple.cpp to support AES-CTR mode
       
      Make sure macOS and OpenSSL AES-CTR behave the same way. I am unsure if macOS and OpenSSL bump the counter the same way.
