Even with the FLE 2 feature flag on, we want to continue running the FLE 1 tests with the old architecture against mongocryptd. This ticket proposes a new suite that passes some TestData to the integration tests to indicate whether they should use jsonSchema (FLE 1) or encryptionInformation (FLE 2), along with what to expect in the command responses.
