Update `numOrphanDocs` upon batch deletions

      Decrease the persisted numOrphanDocs field from range deletion task document after a batch is deleted: numOrphanDocs - numDeleted.

       

      This is a separate ticket from SERVER-63335 because, even though the change is trivial, it is also accounting for the time to implement proper tests covering it.
