Implemented Basic Global Index Metrics Restoration For CrudOp Metrics

      The restoration logic for the global index metrics should be implemented for the following metrics:

      CRUD

      • insertsApplied
      • updatesApplied
      • deletesApplied

      The above metrics will have to be written into disk as opposed to only being stored in memory.

      Testing

      • Test that the metrics can be restored. After you can restore you can continue to increment
      • Tests that the crud metrics are written to disk
