      Each range deletion should have a migration Id associated with it, and so the migrationId parameter should not be optional to the following functions:

      • deleteRangeInBatches
      • MetadataManager::cleanUpRange
      • CollectionShardingRuntime::cleanUpRange{{}}{{}}
