This helper function currently only takes in chunk bounds although moveChunkParallel takes in both findCriteria and chunk bounds. Supporting only chunk bounds makes this helper not usable for the cases where the bounds include MinKey and/or MaxKey since they are special types and can't be passed into startParallelOps .
