MongoDb instance stops accepting connections after some time working

      We have a Mongo replicaset  running  in  3 AWS EC2  instances.  Servers are running version 4.0.  The isssue is that after certain period of time ( 7 - 14 days) operating flawlessly the servers stops accepting connections and we need to restart the instances to make them work again
