CollectionCatalog::lookup*ForRead functions should do UncommittedCatalogUpdates lookups as well as UncommittedCollection lookups

      The catalog *ForRead functions don't look in UncommittedCatalogUpdates, whereas the regular lookups do.

      The non ForRead CollectionCatalog::lookup functions check UncommittedCatalogUpdates for op specific Collection changes. The *ForRead should also.
