This ticket will cover encoding the entire cell (the value of each key-value pair in the index) into a single flat buffer.
In particular, it will cover:
- Flag bytes
- ArrayInfo size
- Encode each BSONElement -> column index format
- Copy the pre-encoded arrayInfo to the end of the cell
It should take as input the UnencodedCellView type from SERVER-65192.
