The recipientTagName is added to recipient nodes on the donor in order to target them during a commitShardSplit, and are no longer needed at that point. We should remove these tags from the recipient nodes when adding them to the recipient config, since it's possible that a back-to-back shard split that uses the same tag might accidentally choose the wrong recipient nodes.
