Remove query extension in persistUpdatedNumOrphans once 6.0 becomes last-lts

      In order to synchronize with upgrade and downgrade, the update query for updating the number of orphan documents in a range deletion task has to include $exists true for the kNumOrphanDocsFieldName. Once 6.0 becomes last LTS, this is no longer necessary.
