Adding a small CONTRIBUTING doc to the fuzzer minimizer would empower our users to make changes and leverage it for future fuzzers. They work the most with the surrounding codebase and have the most familiarity with the pain points.
Please feel free to move this ticket to the TIG Jira project if it's preferable to have the doc live in the fuzzer repo instead of SERVER.
