Stop running tests in 'targetedTestsLastLtsFeatures' directory against multiversion_future_git_tag variants

      Investigate whether the tests in jstests/multiVersion/targetedTestsLastLtsFeatures/ directory should run against the mutliversion_future_git_tag variant (since we rely on specific values of FCV like lastContinuousFCV and lastLTSFCV in this directory). Ideally, the tests in this directory should be removed after the next major release so there shouldn't be a need to test future FCV values?
