Currently the test is running in both modes, with and without efficient multi-deletes.

When running with multi-deletes, it doesn't check if efficient multi-deletes feature flag is turned on, making the asserts to fail.

As well as starting from SERVER-61339 the deletes are logged as `applyOps` entries and therefore the assert has to be adjusted accordingly.
