These tests were excluded from talk_directly_to_shardsvrs_jscore_passthrough because they're excluded from tenant_migrations_jscore_passthrough, which we based talk_directly_to_shardsvrs_jscore_passthrough on.

However, the tests are excluded from tenant_migrations_jscore_passthrough because tenant migrations don't support applyOps, but the tests actually can pass against talk_directly_to_shardsvrs_jscore_passthrough, since talk_directly_to_shardsvrs_jscore_passthrough doesn't do background tenant migrations.

It's nice not to exclude the tests if they can pass, since the tests may exercise more functionality than just applyOps.
