Parse denylist files to make icecc compile them locally

      Icecream has issues with using denylist in the remote environment. A way around this may be to make sure those files which are referenced in the denylist are forced to be compiled locally.

       

      It would require parsing the denylist src: items and then make sure the command line for those does not use the ICECC variables on the command line.
