      on ! Shared Library Enterprise RHEL 8.0 there are two tasks:

      • csfle_create_lib
      • csfle_build_debug_and_test

      which can potentially be built using same build switches and thus enable evergreen to use cache to speed up builds. This ticket is to research feasibility of combining these build steps and to implement them
