Refreshes of cached metadata of the logical session collection (i.e., config.system.sessions) cause assert violations about the number of refreshing threads (BF-24944) and sharding statistic (BF-24943).

The problem occurs sporadically and as a consequence of SERVER-64464, given that now each operation on a sharded collection requires updated metadata, triggering a refresh if necessary.
