It would be nice to have better documentation around burn_in_tests and burn_in_tags. It should be put here and provide details about how burn_in_tests/tags work, how to use them, etc.

As a database contributor,
I want burn_in_test/tags well documented,
So that I can understand how to best take advantage of them.
