Database version not attached to command

      We are getting error message "Request sent without attaching database version" with error code "IllegalOperation."

      To reproduce run 

      python3 buildscripts/resmoke.py run jstests/core/hidden_index.js --suites=sharded_with_catalog_shard_jscore_passthrough
