Internal transactions tests in jstests/multiversion are not running on evergreen

      SERVER-55348 replaced the featureFlagInternalTransactions tag in the internal transactions tests in jstests/multiversion with the requires_fcv_60 tag. This has caused those internal transactions tests to stop running on evergreen since the suite excludes tests with the requires_* tags. We should remove the requires_fcv_60 tag from those tests.
