      After SERVER-64911, attempting to reference an encrypted field in a partialFilterExpression when creating an index will throw an error during query analysis. This ticket would support marking constants for encryption in these match expressions in the createIndexes command, as well as the server-side rewrite required for the partialFilterExpression when executing the partialFilterExpression.
