Failure on E2E to restore to a 6.0 cluster with 5.0 snapshot

      We observed a problem in our E2E that tries to restore a 5.0 snapshot to a 6.0 cluster. When the cluster downloads the snapshot and tries to start, we only see one shard coming up, while another shard and csrs remain down. The test times out after waiting for the cluster to become healthy. 

      The replica set version of the test passes with a 5.0 snapshot to a 6.0 replica set.
