Collection requirements (from the design doc):

• The collection storing collection count and dataSize values must turn on WT logging.
• The count/dataSize collection will be local, non-replicated.
• Count/DataSize collection writes will be entirely untimestamped on all replica set members.

Should include a count/dataSize entry on itself.
