Since we will have onCommit hooks registering change Deltas, this may just work. We need to test it explicitly, however, to make sure all the timestamps line up. Check all the logic works everywhere, like the deltaQueue receiving a potentially old timestamped write.

I think we will have to do some work to be able to apply old commit timestamp Deltas to the latest value, which still ignoring earlier timestamp'ed writes for recovery purposes.
