Per the scope:

• For time-series collections, count and size will be present for new collections, or old collections after validate.

Should only be supported/tracked in fully FCV upgraded servers. Count/dataSize against FCV downgraded servers should continue to return whatever error is returned before this project. Existing time-series collections should return an updated error about running validate/repair before a count/dataSize may be returned.
