Copy missing applicable JSTests after tenant migration test refactoring

      There was some long running test for tenant migration donor concurrent reads / writes that are being worked (SERVER-66246) on to run faster.

      Once that work is done we should re-introduce the concurrent reads / writes tests for shard split without running a split for each individual tests.
