Extend the waitForFailPoint timeout in fle2_contention_compact.js tests

      Per BF-25256, we need to extend the waitForFailPoint timeout to a value a lot more than 10 seconds to account for slower machines; In addition, the command should be wrapped in an assert.commandWorked() so that the assertion error message would match the actual failure.
