Sub items:

• Extend the DocumentSourceLookup class so that it can replace “from” collection by the auto-generated placeholder collection name when the “from” collection is “system.external_data_source”
• Extend the SBE pushdown logic so that it pushes $lookup stage down to the SBE when its “from” collection is an external data source
• Verify that serial $lookup works out of the box
