Fetch archived buckets from disk and handle complex metaFields for query-based reopening

      Given a bucket _id, fetch it from disk and load it into the BucketCatalog. Also, handle object and array metaField values for query-based reopening. The latter fails currently due to the normalization we perform on the field during bucketing.
