Fix `getParameterWithDetails.js` failure on `ephemeralForTest`

      One of the assertions only succeeds if the server is using WiredTiger as the storage engine. We should either skip running the test if the storage engine is not WiredTiger, or change this specific assertion to support the in-memory storage engines.
