clearJumbo test creates a real jumbo chunk

      The clear_jumbo.js is forcing a chunk to be jumbo by writing the chunks collection in configsvr in this point. 

      To ensure that the catalog cache sees the update of the jumbo flag, also is necessary to increment the version of the chunk as it's done in the clearJumbo command here
