Move Resharding Specific fields From ShardingDataTransformInstanceMetrics

      Some fields originally expected to be tracked for global indexes are no longer relevant. All logic associated with tracking and reporting these fields should be moved from ShardingDataTransformInstanceMetrics to ReshardingMetricsNew as they are now resharding specific. The fields are as follows:

      • deletesApplied
      • insertsApplied
      • updatesApplied
      • oplogEntriesFetched
      • oplogEntriesApplied
      • totalApplyTimeElapsedSecs
