Create a GlobalIndexCumulativeMetricsFieldNameProvider subclass which implements global index specific field names for shared fields in ShardingDataTransformCumulativeMetricsFieldNameProvider. It should also implement at least one placeholder function for returning a field name for global index states (i.e. the fields to be reported in the section "currentInSteps").
