With the introduction of the global indexes, we will be adding an index component to the shard versioning protocol. Because we will be maintaining 2 caches (one for placement and one for indexes), the index component does not need to be in the chunk version. Instead, we should create a ShardVersion class which is used for network requests and for the shard versioning protocol which contains the collection generation, the index version, and the chunk version.
