      In SERVER-65733 (https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/commit/451d1b53f1993bef6293de321d807f99778a848d#diff-97e0bd8e0a3eaebcfc05364a55162aba3319d0395e87bee62ed932b68861b862), unit test coverage was removed for parsing /proc/net/snmp. It should be restored by reverting that removal.
