These unit tests embed long non-human readable strings representing the plan cache key encoding. They are annoying to maintain when the plan cache key encoding changes. In order to make maintenance easier when we make purposeful changes to the plan cache key encoding, it would be better if these unit tests were implemented in terms of the golden data test framework.
